Privacy Policy

All printed data (assessments, questionnaires, school reports) will be stored securely for one year after a diagnostic report has been issued, after which time all data will be destroyed. The full digital report will be stored securely until the learner turns 24 years of age and then destroyed.

Communication throughout the assessment process will normally take place via email.

Emails are stored securely on protected servers operated by our email provider and handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
